Wyoming Conferences and Retreats

Treat your team to a productive and/or relaxing retreat at the Vee Bar. 

The great room in the main lodge is our primary meeting space. It provides a relaxed atmosphere with large picture windows with great views and a river rock fireplace. Our saloon can also be used for meetings; with smaller windows it can be dark enough for slide presentations.

A typical day conference starts with a continental breakfast featuring a homemade bread or pastry. For guests who have spent the previous night at the Vee Bar, a full, hot breakfast is included with the lodging rate! Lunch is served buffet-style. Water, coffee, iced tea, and lemonade are available all day for no additional charge. Dinners are also served buffet-style and group organizers may choose from a variety of menus that include options such as steaks, salmon, shrimp, chicken dishes and many more. Many groups also choose to have a social hour before dinner. In any case, we will work with your schedule and needs to accommodate your group.

There is reliable wifi in the main lodge and cabins. This is a new service that we are proud to offer! We do recommend that speakers/presenters come with everything they will need downloaded onto their computers prior to arrival at the ranch, because as we all know, technology sometimes has a mind of its own! There is limited (if any) cell phone coverage at the ranch. The Vee Bar Guest Ranch has a screen, easel, easel pad, and markers available for meetings, included in the facility fee. Please let the office know prior to your arrival if you will need to use any of these items. Our ranch truly is a great place for Wyoming conferences and retreats!

Other Services Available to Groups:

Inquire at the office about the availability of horseback riding, a horse-drawn wagon ride, and trap-shooting, all seasonally available for an additional cost. Other free amenities at the Vee Bar include fishing (some equipment provided), archery, horse-shoe pits, an outdoor hot tub, and in the John Wayne Saloon you will find a pool table, cards, board games, and a fully-stocked bar.
