Celebrate your marriage (or renew your vows!) with all the people you love at The Vee Bar Guest Ranch! Whether you are looking for a venue for 15 people or 150 people, the Vee Bar is a gorgeous location.  With towering Cottonwood trees, the Little Laramie River, and views of the Snowy Range Mountains, it’s the best of all worlds!  Couple the beautiful scenery with charming cabins, private use of the facilities, and cause for celebration and you have the perfect recipe for an unforgettable experience!

Your guests will be able to share your special day with you in peaceful serenity.  Our facilities are small and quaint.  Indoor space is limited to 50 people and outdoor space is limited to 200 people.  The property consists of our main lodge, the John Wayne Saloon, nine surrounding cabins, a barn, shops, and some river-front property!  To see the layout, go to https://veebar.com/cabins-1-2-3/# and scroll to the bottom where you will find a map of the property.  The most popular wedding locations are the island (south of the main lodge) and the yard in front of the lodge.  The only indoor space suitable for groups is the main lodge and saloon.  You will need to make arrangements for tents, chairs, lighting, portable toilets (required), catering, and decorations.  *No campers are allowed.

Fees & Requirements:

The fee to have a wedding at the Vee Bar varies depending on the size of group.  In most cases, wedding packages are built to include:

• Private use of the ranch
• Time to set up (the day before the ceremony), functions the day of the event, and time to clean up on the day after the ceremony. 
• Rental of 9 cabins for two nights, up to the maximum capacity of each cabin.  The cabins will be blocked off for your group and you can choose to use some or all of them.  Normal cabin rental rates apply for additional nights other than the night prior to the ceremony and the night of the ceremony.  A two-night rental is required.

Because we customize wedding packages, you’ll need to call the office to discuss details and obtain a quote.  Weddings in the past have ranged from $2000 to $15,000.  We look forward to working with you to plan your special event!
